  • BRIEF: Use the opportunity of Soto’s 25th anniversary to attract clients and staff who are a good cultural fit.

  • DEEPER CONNECTION: During our storyfinding process we did a lengthy interview with the firm’s founder, Frank Soto. We were so moved by his recollections of his childhood and the way his insatiable curiosity set him on a path to becoming an engineer. Rather than just focus on the last 25 years we decided to extend our story to include Frank in the 1970s and his early days starting the business in the 1990s. We were lucky that the Soto team backed our bold vision to use actors to do recreations of these eras. The result is something we are very proud of.
